About Event
The MyPBM 2nd Scientific Conference with the theme " Recipe For Optimal Blood Health" is a premier event designed to bring together leading experts, researchers, clinicians, and healthcare professionals to discuss the latest developments and strategies for promoting optimal blood health while reinforcing established evidence-based practice in the field of patient blood management (PBM).
This conference builds on the success of the inaugural event, aiming to address the critical role blood plays in overall health and particular focus on placing a high value on the patient and his or her own blood, resulting in improved and superior outcomes for all.
Through a series of keynote addresses, expert panel discussions, and breakout sessions attendees will be greatly enriched with mind stimulating discussions and engaging lectures, ranging from the fundamentals to advanced, cutting edge technologies that target multiple disciplines and skill levels with the latest research, real-world case studies and future directions, network with peers, and collaborate on strategies to enhance patient care. On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my distinct pleasure to welcome you all to the 2nd Scientific Conference: Recipe for Optimal Blood Health. It is an honour to host such a distinguished gathering of experts, researchers, healthcare professionals, and innovators, all united by a shared commitment to advancing the field of blood health that going to be held at the Capital City of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.
This year’s conference builds upon the success of our initiatory event and reflects the growing importance of blood management in shaping the future of medicine. Blood health management is a critical aspect of healthcare that touches the lives of millions of people around the nation. With the advancements in technology and medical research, there is a constant need for us to stay updated and adapt to new practices to provide the best possible care to our patients.

The theme of this conference, “Recipe for Optimal Blood Health,” speaks to our holistic approach, combining clinical insights with emerging research, innovative therapies, and preventive strategies. Over the 3 days we will dive into diverse topics on: Why do women always have to do the cooking?, The gravy for the recipe, How to prepare & cook a wonderful meal?, Challenging meal, Master Chef behind the secret recipe, Hot and Spice, Recipe gone wrong, Is children’s meal different?, Special ingredients, How to set up the kitchen? and eventually Fine Dining.
Furthermore the collaboration between MyPBM and ASPBM (Asia Pacific Society For Patient Blood Management) on day 3 represents a significant partnership aimed fostering innovation in blood health management, facilitating professional development, and raising awareness on the importance of optimal blood health through joint initiatives and educational programs.
We have an impressive line-up of speakers who will share their insights and expertise on this subject.
